SCIENTIFIC AND ANALYTICAL JOURNAL «LEGISLATION»

    The Scientific and Analytical Journal Legislation (hereinafter referred to as the Journal) is published in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on the press and other mass media, the Regulation of the National center of legislation under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, and these Regulations.

   The Journal was founded in 2010. Its founder is the National center of legislation under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan (hereinafter referred to as the Center). The Journal is registered with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan under Certificate of Registration of a Periodical Publication №345/MJ-97 dated 28 May 2024. The Regulations of the Journal are approved by the Academic Council and endorsed by the Director of the Center.

   The Journal is a subscription-based periodical publication of the Center and is distributed within the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan and abroad. The Journal is published with the aim of promoting the development of legal science, the state information and legal system, explaining the main provisions of current legislation, publishing commentaries on normative legal acts, as well as legal and information-analytical materials. The Journal publishes original scientific materials highlighting current issues in the legal field, reflecting the research activities of the Center, and aimed at introducing the results of scientific research into scientific and legislative drafting activities.

   The publication of the Journal is based on the principles of legality, humanism, pluralism, objectivity, and professionalism.

    The Journal is published quarterly, with four issues per year (once every quarter). Special issues of the Journal, supplements devoted to specific branches of knowledge, as well as collections of materials from scientific and scientific-methodological conferences held by the Center may also be published.

    The Journal has an ISSN number, ensuring that information about it is included in relevant international abstracting and indexing publications.

    The Journal is included in the List of Leading Peer-Reviewed Journals and Publications of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. It is also indexed in the Analytical Database of the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).

    To ensure broad dissemination of information about materials published in the Journal, abstracts of articles and information about authors are posted on the Journal’s official website (http://www.qonunguzori.tj) in Tajik, Russian, and English, together with the electronic version of the Journal (PDF format).
